Has anyone else ever seen what superficially looked like something cool, innovative, or just plain out awesome, only to be sorely disappointed, or confused when it turned into something totally different on full view or just opening the preview?

Well I am tired of it, so I am going to start stealing the thumbnail ideas, as it is apparently my own imagination putting them together anyway.

I got a new idea last night so after having it ruined by full view, I quickly sketched it out so that I could effectively use it since it was one of those what the? moments as my idea is like totally different from what the thumbnail actually depicted, now if I can resist the temptation to full view until after stealing the idea first. that way its fresh and untainted by the shock of being a panda bear that I originally thought was an alien Schutzstaffel.
